Goat Roast!

Goat Roast!! We came up with the idea of a Goat Roast as a way to show how delicious goat is and because goat is one of the most sustainable meats. The flavor of goat meat is akin to pork and lamb. It’s as savory as pork and flavorful like lamb, but more delicate and sweet.

Chef Joey is cooking up all sorts of delicious meats and serving them in tasty taco style including barbacoa goat, carne asada beef, and buttermilk chicken (Plus black bean and seared sweet potato tacos) not to mention shrimp ceviche and all the southern sides!
Kitchen Hours: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm & 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Tacos, Live Music, Bier Garden.. Everything you can ask for and more!

The event is indoor/ outdoor and admission is free.
Children and Pets are welcome. (No pets inside due to DHEC regulations)

In order to serve you efficiently during the event, we are unable to pour flights on July 20th.

Closed - Staff Recovery

We always have a great time serving our customers, but it can be exhausting after a big event like our 3rd Annual Goat Roast. So we’re taking the day off to party with each other, cause our staff is awesome.

We’ll open back up on Tuesday, July 23rd.

Father's Day Brunch!

Every so often we get in the mood for Brunch. So grab your dad and come join us for Sunday Brunch featuring all sorts of deliciousness like Pork Belly on Grits, House Donuts and Liege Waffles.. oh and did we mention DUCK FAT HASH BROWNS! Plus, we'll have beer cocktails and the usual 60 taps.

* Service runs the same as normal dinner service, order everything at the bar.
**No Reservations - just show up and chow down.

Coursed Beer Dinner

Every couple months we pull out all the stops and host a Five-Coursed Beer Pairing Dinner. We’re talking white linens, cloth napkins, full service, and, of course, AMAZING food prepared by Executive Chef Joey McCarter and beers paired by Certified Cicerones Matt & Anna Bowes.

Reservations are required and we always sell out. Come in during regular business hours or email Anna@thesoutherngrowl.com to sign up.
