While we do not have traditional waitstaff, the host will assign you a table in order to guarantee a table for those ordering and to provide accurate wait times when the dining room is full. All ordering of beer and food is done at the bar counters. The indoor bar (shown below) and outdoor bar offer different menus. You are welcome to order from either one, or both. Your table number signifies that you are occupying that corresponding table and is not necessary for ordering.
Drinks, desserts, and pastries can be ordered from any register at the indoor bar. Use only the right line to order food. This keeps the beer lines moving quickly and keeps the kitchen cooking smoothly.
The inside bar has our full food and drink menu available. We have 60 taps featuring a wide range of house crafted beers, plus ciders, wine, and cocktails. Our craft kitchen offers a seasonal, rotating food menu designed specifically to pair with beer, with a focus on sandwiches, shareables, and desserts all made from scratch. Even the bread is made in the in-house bakery using spent grain flour from the brewery! We make a point to always keep delicious vegetarian and vegan options available. While we have many items made without gluten, due to the nature of our in-house brewery and bakery, we cannot guarantee 100% gluten-free for those with severe sensitivities.
You do not have to leash your children, but please supervise them.
The outdoor bar serves 10 house brews, as well as slushies and some snack options, like house pretzels and popcorn. Perfect for a bite while you enjoy the covered patio and large open lawn.
If you open a tab, it can be accessed to add-to or close-out at any register. If you forget to close your tab when you leave, we will close it for you with 20% gratuity.
Cans and bottles are available for quick grab-n-go. Grab what you want and see the host to check out.

This is our version of a Mug Club and includes lots of perks including discounts, VIP access, and member-only events. Memberships can be purchased in-person or in our online shop here.
About The Southern Growl
Matt and Anna Bowes opened The Southern Growl Beer Company in 2014 as a small craft beer taproom built on a passion for good beer and service. Multiple expansions over the years have included adding a craft kitchen in 2016, moving to a new building in 2019 in order to brew beer in-house, and a brewery + patio addition in early 2022. With a laid-back atmosphere, TSG has become a place that the local community gathers to enjoy delicious beer and food.
